Signature Management Services currently manages twenty-two Homeowner Associations. Fifteen of the twenty-two Associations are part of four master-planned communities, each with one Master Association and three or more Subassociations.
As an affiliate company to a homebuilder, we manage communities from initial formation and assist them through the development and transition stages, and ultimately through build-out.
All of the communities that we manage are in various stages of development, with thirteen of the twenty-two being under homeowner control and completely built-out.
We are very proud to have exceeded the expectations of several of these Associations, resulting in their multiple contract renewals after turnover from builder control.
We feel this is a compelling example of the high level of customer satisfaction that exists in our communities.
